Tractor Supply Company (TSC) is expected to submit plans later this month for building a new 20,000 square foot store in Oxford Township on the east side of M24, just south of Meijer, on about 3.75 acres.
There are currently 65 TSC stores in Michigan including ones in Ortonville and Lapeer. Founded in 1938 and headquartered in Tennessee, TSC offers a wide variety of products including generators, work wear, animal feed, care products, power tools, riding mowers, lawn and garden products, pet supplies, livestock equipment, horse stalls and fencing.
TSC’s been looking to open a store in Oxford MI since at least 2006. This should spur more development in Oxford real estate, a lot of land on M24 just waiting for new businesses and a township that’s willing to work with people to make it happen.
